Principles of Design

 



                    Pattern are shown in all of these photos. The first image has many similar triangles placed together to create a scenery. The second photo shows patterns of morning clouds. Lastly the third photo shows a water drain with rectangle patterns for the water to get through.


    All three of these photos was taken using the rule of third which is a grid with 9 squares. I used the rule of third on each photo where the building meets the sky.

1. I like the cool color image the most because it has the most variety of object ranging from flowers, cars, to a cup. 2. For the cool color image our lighting was diffused 3. Something that worked well was the pace, everyone in our group took our own pictures at a fast pace. 4. Something I would do differently is add more items to the images. 5. The element for my thematic image was anything blue, blue represents a cold/cool color.

   1. What was your overall concept and did you succeed in crafting the cinemagraph the way you intended? My overall concept was to create a flow of water, we used a water fountain. It seemed pretty  successful.  2. What do you like about your project? I like how I created something unique with no props at hand. 3. What would you have done differently when creating your cinemagraph? Trying to avoid the dark shadow in the beginning of the cinemagraph.  4.
